Gift Cards
- Treat the Gift Card as cash. The Gift Card may only be used to purchase food and beverages at participating Pokeworks restaurants in Canada.
- The Gift Card has no redeemable value until purchased and activated. The Gift Card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. The Gift Card value is in Canadian dollars. Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card until the value reaches zero. The Gift Card is not reloadable. Gift Card orders cannot be cancelled.
- If the Gift Card is lost, stolen or misused, it cannot be replaced. The Gift Card does not expire. No activation fees or dormancy fees will be charged.
- THE GIFT CARD HAS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND IS NOT A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. POKEWORKS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GIFT CARD, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE SOLE REMEDY, AND POKEWORKS SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GIFT CARD.
- Use of the Gift Card is subject to these terms and conditions, which may be amended or changed by Pokeworks, without notice, from time to time at its sole discretion.
