Hawaiian Menu for Ontario

The Pokeworks quick service restaurant concept was introduced in 2015 in Southern California featuring a ‘poke menu’, a unique, native Hawaiian dish traditionally made from diced seafood, frequently tuna, salmon or octopus, marinated with soy sauce, sesame oil, and other seasonings.  Eat Up Canada Inc., the Toronto-based restaurant hospitality firm launched by George Heos and Alex Gerzon in 2021, acquired the Master Franchise right for Canada in mid-2022 and in November 2023, opened the first location in Canada, on North Queen St in Etobicoke in West Toronto, across from the Sherway Gardens. Click this link to continue reading.
